Q: Can you custom make a body/neck for me?
A: No we do not take custom orders.

Q: Are your Artec circuits supplied with wiring diagrams?
A: No, they are mostly available from the manufacturer website

Q: Are your Zoom/Line 6/Korg Products covered by warranty?
A: Yes, keep your purchase invoice as proof of purchase. For more information please email.

Q: Does the Line 6, Korg, Vox products power supply match my country?
A: These products are mostly suitable for Asia, UK and Europe in terms of power supply requirements

Q: How do I buy?
A: You need to register an account in order to make a purchase using the shopping cart. Alternatively email us on any items that you are interested in.

Q: How do I pay
A: Paypal, Western Union, Bank Wire.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: No.

Q: Can I pick up my item?
A: No. If you would like to do that, please visit our retail partners. We do this only selectively.

Q: Can I have my item shipped quicker?
A: Yes, please email for a quote before you purchase

Q: Can I have my item shipped to a different address?.
A: Yes, please make arrangement via email

Q: How fast can I expect my items to arrive?
A: For Asia, 3-7 Days, Outside Asia please allow 10-20 days.

Q: Any recommendations for safer shipping?
A: Always provide us with a phone number. Or ship express if the item is of higher value.

Q: Can you ship to Indonesia, South Africa, China?
A: All payments for shipment to Indonesia or South Africa and China must be made with bank transfers.
Alternatively if you are a verified member of paypal, write to us prior to your purchase. We reserve the right to reject your trade.

Q: I've received my item damaged. What do I do?
A: We professionally package all of our items to avoid damage. However, unexpected events do happen, and we'll deal with these on a case by case basis. Please email us for instruction regarding damaged items.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns if items are not appropriately described. You would need to ship the item back to us, we do not charge restocking fees. Shipping fees are not refundable, we do not reimburse return fees.

Q: Can I buy an item that is marked out of stock?
A: Yes. Please wait for it to be replenished or email us to check.

Q: What is registered shipping?
A: Only delivery is recorded. Full Tracking e.g Fedex is not available for registered articles. If you
expect full tracking, please email us to have your item ship via EMS. Additional charges applies.
All items are shipped registered by default.

Q: Can you ship to P.O. Box or APO or FPO address?
A: Yes, we can ship to almost any address.

Q: Can you supply in bulk?
A: Yes. That is our main business. If you are one of the following group of people
(customizers, guitar shops, repair shops), you can send us your details containing you company name, contact name, address and telephone number and we include you into our dealer contact list. Certain offers we have are only catered to dealers.

Q: Do you combine ship?
A: Yes, we do.

Q: How do you calculate combined shipping charge?
A: Shipping costs are based on the total weight of the package.

Q: Why haven't my order arrived?
A: Sometimes there are delays, either with the postal services or customs. Email us if you waited for more than 20 days.

Q: Can I get a tracking number?
A: We will only provide an item registration number which serve as an evidence of items shipped. Most postal services or agents in your country will have a delivery record. This is however not a full fledge tracking number provided by courier services such as Fedex, UPS, EMS. Small Items are shipped via the postal services. Courier costs is typically more than double of what we will charge you. For larger items, there will be tracking numbers.

Q: I have paid, When you you ship
A: Typically 1-3 days after payment is cleared.
